Dive into Safety: Drowning Prevention Week

Starting tomorrow, 15th June and running through to 22nd June, is Drowning Prevention Awareness Week. This annual event is dedicated to raising awareness about water safety and promoting measures to prevent drowning incidents.

At Whiteknights Primary School, we are proud to participate in this initiative and promote water safety among our pupils and their families.

As part of our commitment to water safety, we have included a helpful water safety guide provided by the Royal Life Saving Society UK. This guide offers valuable information and tips to help families stay safe in and around water, ensuring everyone can enjoy aquatic activities responsibly.
