Whiteknights English Hub

Whiteknights Primary School is proudly one of just 34 English Hubs across the country. The schools that form part of the English Hubs Programme were selected for their expertise in teaching Early Language and Reading through Systematic Synthetic Phonics.

Hubs have a directive to support schools in their surrounding area and to promote a love of reading. They focus on supporting the slowest progress children in Reception and Year 1 and ensure every child is successful, regardless of background, needs or abilities.
