Next Steps Check List

For a smooth transition and admissions process, there are a few actions for you to complete before September, but the very first next steps are as follows:

  1. *Complete the Online Registration Form (link below) - this will enable us to add you and your child's details to our school management system. We appreciate that there is a substantial amount of information to supply; however, it is essential for us to have all the necessary information at hand. The approximate amount of time required to complete the form is 30 minutes.
  2. *Supply us with the necessary Official Documentation - kindly supply us with an original copy of your child’s birth certificate and proof of address from within the last three months. This can include a utility or other bill. Documents can be brought into the office at your earliest convenience, where we will make a copy for our records.

*Please note:

If your child currently attends Little Gems at Whiteknights Primary School, you do not need to complete the online registration form, or provide your child’s birth certificate or proof of address again. You will be sent a Data Collection Sheet. We request that you make any of the necessary changes to it, sign it, and return it to the School Office.
